Hi friends, I have an absolutely horrific ear disorder that makes normal daily life sounds unbearably loud and painful, I've been locked down mostly in silence for a year now and feel like I can't take this anymore, don't want to live for even one more day, I live in Mexico how can I get N? Other alternatives are hanging, my neck is really thin and I can easily feel my carotid sinus right beneath the skin can I take anticoagulants and punch it with a knife to bleed to Death?
