N from Mexico

I have a friend who lives in Mexico. Is N still available freely? Or is it restricted now? I was thinking of getting him to get me and post it.

Not as easy as it used to be, as vets are aware of people using it to CTB. Probably doesn't help that Mexico is a predominantly Catholic country, and the Catholic Church sees suicide as one of the worst sins.

Yes. I wish I'd picked some up years ago when I used to visit Mexico. Don't have the will for a trip now. And the memories would hurt.
