There is a reason, why Switzerland Euthanasia groups give their clients medication to avoid vomitting if they chose to drink it instead of intravenous.

I heard about succesfull cbt's by people who didn't use AE i'm not sure wether its true or not

If you're that worried, use an AE. People have success whether they use it or not. Being found is what results in failure. I'd recommend one though

I don't think it would be too hard to get an AE. Going to an urgent care/ER and faking an illness and telling them you have horrible nausea 24/7 and can't keep anything down should work.
