Could someone confirm this combo actually enhances the chances of lethal outcome? If so, how much alco should I take after the N?

I'm counting on 1 bottle of N so it's important for me to do it right.

Also, does it recommend to don't drink alco days before?

Yes, it's recommended in the PPH. And since you want as less tolerance as possible, not drinking for a few days before is probably a good idea.

Personally, I'm not planning to do this since I fear it might make me vomit more easily.

Do you think timing is important? I guess it's better to take before sleep time when ran out of energy?
