Looks like it. I don't think being overweight will need such a difference with the dosage since the quantity of blood doesn't change that much, but I might be wrong.

I don't know about 25 to 30 g that will just make the water taste more salty and increase magnitude of unpleasant symptoms like dizzyness and vomiting. I'm going to agree with Pupuce on this one.

If you can deal with the taste and the possible uneasiness that come with it, why not, but if you, or anyone trying this method, have blood pressure related diseases, you should need less than 20g actually. Also not everyone will work the same so being precise is complicated.
