60 before 10 - 30 mg valium
45 before 3 x 10 meto
30 before 1,5 150mg of ranitidine
SN

I don't have valium yet and it'll take a while before I can order it so I don't know how it affects me. But dose will prob be 10 - 30mg 1h before, is that ok. Should I wait longer, less?

Is 3 x 10 meto 45 before enough? It's what Stan recomends, know why he did that time?

Should I just take 2 150mg of ranitidine, will it make a difference?

@Flume, when you get the valium you'll be able to try it to see how fast it knocks you out, right? I'm pretty sure I'd miss the main event if I took 30mg of valium that early, but maybe that's just me.

I'm sorry about everything that's led to this. Be careful with yourself x

Too much valium too early. The Dose is ok, But I would take it 10-15 min prior SN

Reasonable, but hard to know: for a person benzo A could affect within 10m, and benzo B in 40m; for another person quite the opposite. Average timeline is just average. First-pass (digestion) makes drug metabolism and concentraion vary, benzos prone. E.g.: food delay by further 1.5h, sublingual quicker, etc. Some have high tolerance, inherent or acquired, others can be impaired by small amounts rather quickly.
