Today is the day. This is how i am planning to do it, please provide feedback.
1. Fast the whole day (over 7 hours), no liquid consumption 4 hours before.
2. Take 600mg of ibuprofen 1 hour before along with 50mg of hydroxyzine. I do have more of it if I should need to use more. It's the best substitution i have for an antiemetic but it's main purpose is as a sedative and anti-anxiety medication.
3. 30 minutes before take another 50mg of hydroxyzine as well as 1000mg of calcium carbonate (Tums)
4. Pre-measured water to 50ml, i weigh out the SN to 20g. I do this a second time as a back up incase of vomiting.
Biggest downside, no antiemetic. SN obtained from DD, i'm going to do the blood test later. After my plan is in motion I have at least 12 hours, if not more without risk of being found. I guess, i'll update if it fails.
