I need to have a back up plan.... today was brutal and I didn't getup until midday andcan't sleep anymore and can't really walk.

would it be effective to use a street drug? I don't use them but they are so readily available. Would F or h be the worst way to go

doesn't sound like it's gonna knock you out and never wake up...

I really don't mean to derail but where are you that they are so readily available? That's my back-up plan too but I can't even get/find Psilocybin to try micro-dosing as a possible treatment for my illness. And with Covid, it's getting harder to find sources. I live in Canada.
