My mood has actually gotten a bit better today

About an hour ago, a small switch in my head flipped and I feel less down and foggy. Still don't feel great, but I'll take what I can get. I can at least read a bit now and try to talk to people.

It's like a lot of the dread just pushed itself into the background. I'm a bit scared because I know I'm just gonna feel shitty again tomorrow, but...maybe I can just take this moment for what it is.
