I've been taking my medication but I don't feel different, not even emotionally numb. I wanted to know what I should try before having my psych up my dosage again.

And sometimes you have to try different ones, some work better than others depending on the person. I can say that in the first person.

Fluoxetine and hydroxyzine and I've been taking my increased dosage for a week. I've been taking them for a month in total though I haven't skipped any days I've been worried it won't work since I started the increased dosage though

Thanks to other members I learned I should take them for longer but if they still don't work do I just tell my psychiatrist they aren't working and they'll try a different medication?
Sorry for taking so long to reply to everyone

Yes, definitely tell the doctor you don't feel like you are getting any benefit from your meds right now. Usually they ask you to take it 6 weeks, minimum, so they may increase your dose or they may change your medication completely. If you feel like you are getting absolutely no benefit at all, then you should make that clear and see what they say.
