Thats why I'll never outright say I'm going to CTB to family.

sometimes we feel like the burden is too heavy that we accidentaly share our feelings with them, or they found me crying and ask "what's now".

Always stay one step ahead of them. I don't cry until everyone's asleep, or at least turn loud music on first.
If they aren't supportive nothing good can come from them knowing how you feel. It'll only do more damage to be given bad advice or be reminded they don't care.

Those types of people will simply never understand. They cannot comprehend what it is like to be suicidal. It isn't attention seeking, some people are actually suffering.
