My face makes me even more suicidal

But even then I had enough proof; even if I had someone by my side it would be catastrophic, as I would just live in a constant lie. This proving the stupidity behind SI.

I thought on destroying my face with a powerful gun that'll also kill me, but the pain is so unbearable now, I could press any button with no hesitation if that meant it would kill me.

How to fight SI successfully? I'd be glad if you answer. And no, I don't have access to guns.

I found it very difficult to wear down SI. What worked for me when I made my last attempt was honestly to take drugs/alcohol. Made me not care at all about SI
