Does anyone else ever experience this? It usually starts with a spirally panic attack that gets a little better but lasts up to three days. Constant worry, often paranoia, tons and tons of racing thoughts and energy, no appetite or need for sleep. My chest stays tight and my throat feels like its closing. Can anyone give me an idea of what this is?
