IS taking a Big dose .. let's Say an overdose of sleeping pills + carbone monoxyde would be a peacefull méthode ?

If you have a high enough concentration of CO in your room you won't need sleeping pills. 8k+ ppm should knock you unconscious in less than 5 minutes 10k+ PPM almost "immediately".
