Mixing SN with sodium bicarbonate

NaHCO2 is an antiacid as far as I know. SN raises stomach PH and this cause stomach ache if you not take cimetidine/famotidine.

If it's possible to mix SN with sodium bicarbonate, that would be double precaution against stomach acidity.

160 mg famotidine, 40 minutes later, 15 gram SN mixed with bicarbonate.

Agreed. Also, Famotidine is approx. 20 times more potent than cimetidine. 160 mg is overkill, as 800 mg of cimetidine is advised as stat dose. That would translate to approx. 40 mg Famotidine. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.

40 mg is only one pill. I don't think it would be enough.

Well, one 40 mg. pill or two 20 mg. pills, etc... Do you think a 0.25 mg. Xanax has the same effect as a 1 mg. one? After all, they are both just one pill, right?

The Nitcshke video suggests bicarb soda. It actually doesn't mention anti emeitics at all. But it does say vomiting is possible
