As a bartender I have a love for all pre batched/ ready to go drinks. What do you all think/know the shelf life of this would be? 30g in less than 2 oz of a "filtered" water. Instantly turned really fucking cold, I mean colder than my NaN03 test. There's some residue settling left to dissolve but otherwise looks slightly like dirty water. I haven't eaten all day but a tiny bit of fruit cake and I'm on my roof having a smoke or two. Don't intend on using it tonight but I'd like to know how long can I keep it in this state.
* no, I'm not worried about wasting it because I have more. Like I said, I like the accessibility of having it ready.
