Mix sn with n?

Yep, exactly this.

Plus if you are lucky enough to obtain N, you get to enjoy it and don't need to (comparatively) slum it with SN also.

Well, that would be a different matter. You'd basically be following a full SN protocol, and using a small amount of N in place of the optional benzos. Not sure if this would work or be problematic.

4 Gms of N with 20 Gms of SN guess will work as well ... The N in this case may not be of much help as SN itself would do the trick

No. N is acidic, though who knows what buffers are in what product. Play nice acid does not with SN.
