• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

As per the title.

There use to be a thread entitled "A working theory of Survival Instinct" around here (before the change from .com to .org). I know this because I bookmarked it on another device. Obviously the bookmark no longer works. Anybody knew where this particular thread/post/topic ended up? I've tried using the search function but nothing comes up (well certainly not what I'm looking for anyway).

Do you mean this thread? https://sanctioned-suicide.net/thre...urvival-instinct-whats-your-take-on-it.40204/

I found it simply using the advanced search feature, so it would be understandable if it isn't the one.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH. YIP. THAT WOULD BE THE ONE. I cannot recall the actual content or the discussion but have been thinking about this at length of late (my own thoughts on SI and which may go toward to adding to that theory).

Thanks again.
