@hopelessbeing Mirtazapine is a tetracyclic antidepressants, which in large doses can trigger seizures, and severe headaches. From searching medjournals online, every successful suicide with this drug was from someone who had underlying neurological problems.
I'm not sure of the dose your are on for propranolol, but you definitely don't have enough to have a high chance of death. There are documented cases of people taking in excess of 5000mg of this drug and surviving.
