- allergic reactions like skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue
- abnormal production of milk
- breast enlargement in both males and females
- change in sex drive or performance
- depressed mood
- menstrual changes
- restlessness, pacing, inability to keep still
- signs and symptoms of neuroleptic malignant syndrome (NMS) like confusion; fast, irregular heartbeat; high fever; increased sweating; uncontrollable head, mouth, neck, arm, or leg movements; stiff muscles
- seizures
- suicidal thoughts, mood changes
- swelling of the ankles, feet, hands
- tremor
- uncontrollable movements of the face, head, mouth, neck, arms, legs, or upper body
- unusually weak or tired
