Meto regmine for N

Hi

I plan to take my N soon. The meto I have is labelled primperan 10 mg

How many mgs of meto do I need and how long before the N should I take them?

So when it comes to light snack meaning that stomach shouldn't be too full? Only light snack after few hours of not eating?

Will it not make sense to take N in the morning as one would have naturally fastened over night.
What about your bowls do they have to be empty too?

Sleep time counts as fasting, and I've never read about bowels needing to be empty
