Meto in UK

Does anyone know how/where I can get meto in the UK please? Please DM me or post here. The only option I found was an Indian pharmacy suggested here, but every time I tried to pay it was flagged as a potential scam and my card was blocked, also the shipping would be at least 20 days.

If it's the one everyone mentions. It arrived in less than a week for me. Parcelforce
