Became involuntary admitted to a psychiatric ward about three weeks ago for suicide prevention. I've planned and made preparations to commit suicide at home, but it doesn't look like I'm getting out of here anytime soon. Any suggestions how I can do it here on the ward?

Tbh, I wouldn't recommend doing anything in you current situation. Cus, chances are, you will be caught.
Better to focus on getting out by doing whatever they ask for now, cus doing otherwise means a longer stay.

It's not worth it to make an attempt there. It will only get you locked up for longer. Wait it out until you're free.What you can do ia fake being better so they let you out. Suicides on wards are nearly impossible and will only add yo your time there. Participate in activities. Tell then you are feeling better. Play along. Get releases asap.
