Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I am choosing to CTB by the SN method. Once everything arrives I'm going to take it in my dorm room at my college. I'm on the track team, and have two a day practices, so my coaches will be wondering where I am, but it'll take at least a day before they actually check my room for me. I feel at peace knowing that relatively soon I will be gone. I do feel bad for leaving my family + friends + boyfriend, however I don't want to live my life struggling with my bipolar & suicidal thoughts anymore.

My only question is, will Meclizine be a strong enough antiemetic? If not, please point me in the direction for a different one. I live in the United States FYI.

You are not supposed to post the names of SN sources, it says at the top of the forum list. I am sorry that you are suffering, I know that it is hard to carry on when you cannot take anymore of this life. I wish you the best in whatever happens.

Just wondering, why don't you simply tell your coaches you are feeling under the weather and have them leave you alone?

It would only work for a day or two. I have two- a day practices (lifting, and then actual running practice), so they wouldn't allow me to miss a lot of practices because it's a collegiate sport, and they expect a lot. I would definitely have enough time to do everything without getting interrupted + without telling them i'm sick because I don't want my dead body sitting in my room for longer than it has to, I also would like my family, and boyfriend to know that I passed so that they aren't going days without getting a response from me.

Thank you for the response, and thank you for for the wish. It's been super hard to carry on so I think this is the right decision.
