Methadone OD worth trying?

i read that the The average effective dose of methadone is 60–120 mg, but starting on 20mg to 30mg with a max incress of 20mg per week of intervals of 5mg, idk if it will kill you but it likely lead to respiratory arrest and foaming at the mouth

No, 400 mg Morphin would not kill you. I found this in a book:

lethal dose Methadone = 1 g / Morphin = 1 g / Dimorphin = 750 mg. I would even double the dose to prevent failure.
It´s recommended to use 500 mg Diazepam and an antiemtic as well.
