ocd, obsessive thoughts, and the like are abusers. if you dont comply theyll torture you until you do. "you should go do that" "you should fix that" and if you dont it gnaws away at you until you do. the outside world cant see nor understands the abuse we go through on a daily basis. that internally we're already being kicked down and now the outside is just kicking us while we're already on the ground bleeding and crying out for help. yes metaphorically, but the pain is still there just in a different form.
