• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

If the authorities are targeting this site, they need to take a closer look at a well known health forum, that will remain nameless. I shouldn't be surprised but numerous members have been talking about assistance in dying. Some members have hinted at ending their life.

so im grateful for the support i receive here amongst members who are truly suffering in the most adverse conditions.

take care

I guess they do look at these sites. On the one hand, that really infuriates me because my life is my own- I should be able to do what I want with it- obviously not endangering other people's lives of course.

Actually was curious to see and quickly Googled- suicide isn't classed as illegal in most places now- although- in 20 countries it still is!

Assisted suicide is still illegal in a lot of places, so I guess that's why information on sources etc has to be withheld on here.

I bet they do look for 'trends'- most especially the favourite- 'quick and painless' methods and you can bet they are already doing all they can to limit access to these substances.

I cannot stand pro lifers personally, and to me it's cruel how they want to deny us method information. We will all die eventually someday so I see it as preferable to exit at a time of my own choosing rather than it being out of my control.

Suicide could never possibly be wrong as the dead cannot suffer and suicide should be accepted and respected as being a personal choice, if these pro lifers want to live then that is fine for them, but they shouldn't try to force others to against their wishes. To me it's certainly not surprising that so many people want to ctb in a world like this, after all there is no limit as to how much we can suffer.

yes i agree. Assisted dying is illegal in many countries but surely talking about it is not . Freedom of speech is a human right or so i thought. There are stories about Dignitas throughout public media.

Yes i agree with you. I wouldn't want a ' holier than thou ' religious representative of ' god ' to ram his belief down my throat. Its just not happening
