Mega thread ... how do you post inside it?

I'm trying to post on the partners mega thread and I can't seem to find the post button on the thread itself... does anyone have the same problem?
Seems to be the same for me no matter what mega thread it is...

Hi there and welcome. You have to reach a certain number of posts first and be here for a certain amount of time. It's in the rules of the mega thread.
