  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

So for the past 3 months I've been on Citalopram (10mg at first, 20mg since 6 weeks ago), Olanzapin (2.5mg at first, now 5) and as much Lorazepam as I want. But to be honest I really don't feel any difference. I've spoken to my Psych about this and I will again the next time I see him.
At first I thought it'd just take a while, but I see others on here mentioning that they feel effects much sooner than that. I don't get it, I feel just as depressed, I'm just as tired all the time and just as dead inside as ever.

Taking 5mg Lorazepam I felt somewhat slower, especially in combination with alcohol, but these meds really don't see to do much of anything. Usually I'm hypersensitive to all kinds of changes to my body and I feel every tiny bit of alcohol, but not with these meds.

My psych wants to put me in a ward to supposedly try other meds and he's mentioned Lithium. I'm hopeful something can help me, but I seriously don't feel the difference.

This was my experience

The meds just make you feel sick or out of it, they don't fix any of the external issues/factors that are making you suicidal.

To make matters worse after discovering that medication and therapy is rubbish you're not entitled to a refund of the money you spent. Not many industries refuse to stand by their work like the mental healthcare industry does.

Then they go a step further and blame you for their own ineffectiveness.

Well, sometimes there's no real fix for an external issue. I kind of trust my psych and over here it's not really that expensive. I'm still somewhat hopeful I can find a combination of meds that would help me. Guess I can exhaust my options before calling it quits...

I'm tired of all medications i'm currently taking (Remeron, Lamictal, Risperdal, Wellbutrin, Ambien and klonopin (this last 3 times a day). I feel the same... always depressed, anxious, pyshotic, tense, paranoid... etc. I've been medicated for over 7 years. I feel worse than when I started. I can't think straight, headaches, can't remember anything, always angry, lost weight, can't sleep well and very volatile.

I just gave up... i'm tired of everything and everyone. I simply stop caring.

I also took lithium... and felt like
a zombie.

Sorry for venting, but it's frutrating feeling like nothing or even less than nothing.
