I feel like meditation is helping with hopefully ctb. It helps you realize your true nature. You experience a a quality that is ever present inside of you that you've always been. You enter a no mind state where your as close to being dead as possible, no though, fears, no worries. Nothingness. It helped me realize that nothingness is home and whenever we die we are just going back home. We've been dead more than well ever been alive 13.8 billion years to be exact. Anyone else have thoughts on meditation

Meditation is a good thing anytime, no matter what your decision is.
It may help you run away from the fast-paced world and can help you tune in.
When something not easy awaits you, a short meditation may help you collect your last strengths and do what thou need.
I used it to tune it before the hardest set in the gym.
And used it when was having night panic attacks to relax and fall asleep.

Wow. I'm surprised. Just today I started to meditate again after several months and I was thinking on post a thread but you did it for me. I helps a lot (more if you do it with music). It calms my mind down when it's too noisy. And I think it would help a lot to do it before ctb. To be at peace with your choice. Hugs
