Like the title says, I'm looking for resources on meditation and essential oils. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been dealing with increasingly high levels of anxiety and depression, and these are two methods I've been told are helpful. I'm kind of isolated right now, but I know there are online meditation things you can listen to to help guide you and such, so if someone can recommend something like that it would be helpful. FYI I'd much prefer there be no music or background noise.

Also, I've tried using essential oils in the past, and it seemed helpful at first, but after awhile it didn't seem to do much. Maybe if someone knowledgeable about this can recommend a good place to order a good diffuser and oils, that would help.
