Maybe write a letter

I need some advice.

Im thi king if i decide ever to cbt to write a letter to each freind and family member and keep it in a locked compartment and if I do decide to do so I have those ready.

Ofc I don't wanna cause anyone more suffering so I dunno if it's a great idea.
Maybe doing a video? Dunno

I dont think I'll cbt for now but keeping those letters or videos could make the process painful for them?

Honestly, it's going to be hard for them one way or another. Do what you feel is right, and what you feel is worth your energy. Put yourself first.

foxsauce,i think you're cool.I would save the option of keeping the letters to the end.Please wait for the time when you finally decide to go through with it. That will allow you to avoid any silly embarrassing moments.I think you're far away from CTB.I enjoy your threads and hope you never make it to actually taking the bus. Of course, if you want to, that's completely up to you. But I hope you stick around.

Depends on what you plan to say in the letter or video and your relationship with the target audience. They can sometimes offer a measure of closure to people watching/reading them.
