Inhaled should be fine. Might be a small lung irritant but if you are not coughing like crazy then you are good. Your lungs are a pretty good barrier to physical particles.

Update: I actually had to go to the hospital, I was starting to feel the all the signs someone would have if they ingested it. They gave me methylene blue just as I started to fall unconscious.

FYI for anyone who breathes in a chemical, you'll usually encounter more acute symptoms if it is something which can dissolve in water.

Chemicals will dissolve along the linings of your nose and lungs and be taken straight into your blood, for anyone who has used cocaine it's why you feel the effects almost immediately. If you breathe something in which you didn't intend to, it's worth getting looked at.
