Can I be successful with N if I only take meto beforehand? Or do I need an antiemetics?

Meto is antiemetic. You dont really need it but it was included in the guide having in mind that many people who ctb with N are on chemo and so they have more sensitive stomach to throw up but it is not really needed for average person

Apparently the risk of vomiting after N is very low. But an AE if possible is always good idea.
The data about N with AE vs N with no AE, mainly comes from assisted suicide clinics who have the sort of clientele that are more prone to nausea and vomiting, such as cancer patients. But it shows that the incidence of vomiting without AEs is extremely low, and even those who vomited still died.Thank you! Does anyone know if there's a step by step guide for N? I thought I saw something a few weeks ago but I'm having trouble finding it now...

Basically, AE is all the extra prep you could have. Maybe some choccy afterwards or a swig of alcohol to wash the bitter taste.
