Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Just went thru 4l of water yet still thirsty as hell. Pissing everywhere and leaking piss drops all day, pants stink rn.

Back pain, knee pain, broken rotting teeth, leaky bladder, heart and breathing problems, eczema and diabetes, great life. All this under 30 years old.

If it would help to talk with someone who gets it, I'm very happy to listen. I was in a car accident about 7 years ago. Now my back is so messed up I can't stand for more than 45 min and I can's sit more than 20 min. We can't tell others what it's like b/c to them we're just whining. Doctors can't help. Enough. And we KNOW THIS is life now. And we're not officially "old" yet (not that being old would make it any better). Chronic pain, I've read, is a major cause of suicide, even though people don't talk about it.

Happy to commiserate. Hope you get some relief today.

I'm sorry this happened to you friend.

I sympathize. I have some of the problems you have.

If you were 90, it would be more bearable wouldn't it?

It would suck, but you could make the time go by.

My injury is less than a year old, so I can't stand for more than 10 mins. Even before the injury I can do 30 mins max, always been frail.

Is ur upper back involved in the accident too?

I can't say much on how to fix the other things, but are you taking any medication for your diabetes? I've been on mine and even though I've been inconsistent as hell on them, they mostly work in making the urge to pee every hour go away after taking them for a few weeks (though they sometimes give me diarrhea as a side effect). I'm on metformin btw.

Not on medication. But I tried controlling it with zero carb dieting for a month and it kinda helped, tho i gave up on that cuz the food was garbage and I was getting tingling and kidney pains.

Tried controlling it with some jogging, ended up ruining my back and knee completely.

Couldn't hurt to ask your doctor for a prescription and try it out anyway. Now that I have the medicine I can actually eat worse food (I also hate healthy eating) and I still barely get any exercise at all.

I'll second this, Metformin worked great for me. Apart from the wind.

Type 1 or 2?
Are you taking insulin?

If you thought Metformin gave you wind.... you should try Metformin+Gliclazide! :pfff:

(I'm type 2 - controlled via Met+Glic+Sita. It works - I eat exactly what I did before being diagnosed)
