Making video before departing

[Rational man]

Im going to make a video recording just to explain my reasons for leaving the world. Though to be honest, I think my medical record says enough. I just want the authorities to he clear about this. Im aware that my failing health is getting to the point where i may not have much time left anyways. Otherwise, i will.fall into the hands of the medics where like my Mother, suffer a protracted awful death.

I'm sorry that you are suffering so much, I can imagine that it must be horrible being in that situation. This life is just so unfair. I wish you the best in whatever happens.
