i thought they were doing that, or lat i heard, they were planning to do that. they're back to discussing/debating it?

it's one thing for the opposition to just want good checks and balances in place, but they're arguing with people who are just oppositionists, no matter what, i don't know why they're giving them the time of day or trying to convince people who either have hard-headed religious reasons to be against it and won't budge, as opposed to people whom are for it, but want alot of checks and balances in place to ensure it's as ethical as possible, etc.
