There are two links mentioned in the PPH 2021. One of them does not work. The other link in Australia works. I think it´s not a good idea to publish addresses in the book. Not only we read the book, but also authorities.

However there are sources in other countries.

Dou do you have direct confirmation from LW that they've stopped selling sodium nitrite?

What's happened previously a few times in the two years I've been on the forum is that LW goes out of stock on sodium nitrite, they remove the product listing from their website and people here start threads proclaiming that it's gone for good.

Then LW gets it back in stock and resumes selling it on their website.

Pretty sure "grade" doesn't matter, only purity does.

So... I emailed them on their main site, saying I was a regular customer on Amazon, and after seeing their listing was no longer on Amazon or their own website, I asked if they are no longer offering that product. Waiting on a reply.

I can't recall for sure but I'm inclined to say most likely they did. I clearly remember seeing no listing for sodium nitrite on LW's website when they were out of stock during the past and I'd assume they would've removed the listing on the jungle site as well.

Also I point out that if you search the jungle site and/or the internet you'll find other American companies currently selling sodium nitrite. There's nothing special or unique about LW's product. I think because it was recommended so often here many peple came to think that LW's sodium nitrite is "the best".

Sorry, I was looking at nitrate not nitrite. However there are several other brands listed there.

They have been silent. I can try to call them Monday. I just ordered today from a lab site that says 100 percent pure NaNO2 and will include the SDS sheet and a certificate of analysis. $26 shipped for 100g.
