Ironically, that name means 'it's all Good man' according to the character itself.

Everyone else has already stated that the age verification exists in name only, and is more akin to an adult hanging your drawing on the fridge.
With this being the case, I only share my experience for fun, and not as advice.

I just checked out the site for the first time, and did not have any verification prompts.
I am using ublock Origin on LibreWolf (+betterfox). The likely reason is Fanboy's Agegate List for uBO.
However, I must mention Mullvad vpn is also running with DAITA: Multihop, DNS Content Blockers, Quantum Resistance enabled, which may also factor into this.

These were already in use beforehand, and not implemented as an overly complicated work around.
