I'm right there with you along with many others. I've almost Totally lost who / what I am and it's a Sick feeling to say the least.

I hope that you are able to find relief from your suffering. Existing really can be torture and for me it is a horrible feeling to wake up and realise that I am still here. I always feel a bit lost.Similar threads
