Help Looking for a method

I'm looking for a method that is fairly quick.
I've ruled out hanging as I would definitely be found within 30 minutes, drowning because I don't have any access to anything that will sedate me well enough, cutting and OD are non methods.

Any ideas?

Be careful about shallow water blackout, because it may take a few tries to get over SI. It depends on the person, but I've tried it before (not a serious attempt, just a test), and it's hard to stay submerged when you could easily get out. It's easier when intoxicated, but that's probably out of the question for you. It's definitely possible, but I'd be concerned about taking too long.
