Today is my birthday today and I have no idea how I lived to be 20 years old. I am just filled with the thought that there are very few people in my life who care about me. I feel so genuinely alone, being that it's my first birthday away from my family. I wish that I had friends that cared about me, I wish I was closer to home. I wish things would turn out better and I think it's just me.
