My doc gave me RX for lithium when I told her I had been closer to CTB the past three weeks. Taking 300mg twice a day which is a low-ish dose. Is lithium any good for OD to CTB? When it's in conjunction with other things or alcohol?
I haven't researched a lot but I know that if your dose is you can get poisoned By lithium, that's why you have to do the blood tests from time to time.

not sure of a super dosage though. But it's gonna be really bad for your liver. Just taking the small dosage can already hurt the liver.

If "God" saved me from that many suicide attempts, I cannot describe just how angry I would be about it.
Lithium OD will make you dehydrated, dizzy, nauseous, confused, & give you awful diarrhea, plus it takes a long time. It's not a good thing to OD on. It does really help w thoughts of ctb for a lot of people, so maybe give it a fair shot. I'm on 900mg twice a day and it helps more than any other med I've tried.
