listening to music when CBTing?

I want to commit suicide while listening to music... What does anyone else think of this? I also am quite scared to do it I'm scared of where I'll go after I die... id prefer to go nowhere or to be given a shot again at life that has no attachments to this one what's so ever...

If I do it, it'll be while listening to music. I think it would be comforting.

I think it would be frowned upon if you did it during CBT. But yes, for me listening to music when CTB is a must

Hell yeah. "Slipknot" "Disturbed" "Demon hunter" "Like a storm" "In flames". The few things in life I truly enjoy are the only things I want to experience before I go.

Hard to believe that people care about other people's opinions when it comes to matters such as this.

Also, if you say you are scared of death, then perhaps life itself is not that bad.

Ever heard of starting a life from scratch? Sure the memories and scars stay, but it never hurts to try.
