Anyone attempted cbt this way? Went there yesterday and couldn't do it. I felt like I would get a heart attack on the way down

Not lions gate but there's a tall building in a town that I live near. Wanted to jump but the fall was giving me the heeby jeebies. Plus you can only spend 15 mins up there before they send someone up for you. I'll never be able to hype myself up for it in such a short time frame :/

I'm getting desperate so yes. What worries me is being maimed but not dead at the bottom.

Googled Lion gate bridge and the height seems similar to golden gate. So almost certain death. I could never do it. Fear heights and have a bit of phobia of rivers and waters. When going over bridge I have to speed it up and not look over the rail. There was a guy who jumped from a helicopter into a lake and survived, to die later in the hospital, so even it's possible to survive.
