Last one week a few positive things happened which gave me a little serotonin. I quickly started to make plans of getting things done and work towards my goals. But it's all so overwhelming, and I am starting to get anxious that the serotonin will go away, I will started thinking about ctb again, and the vicious cycle of existence will continue.
I know how you feel. It's so hard dealing with variable energy levels. Sometimes I feel like my whole world view changes like a rollercoaster, every few hours or days.
I'm sorry that you are going through this, this life really is so tiring. It seems as though anything positive does not last long in this life, it is all very depressing. I wish you the best.
I understand how overwhelmed can be. Especially as we stop doing little things that have become obstacles. So I think you should take it one day at a time and give baby steps. And take advantage of those good things that happened to be the first steps to turn your life around.
