Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Something that's crossed my mind with the SN method is the requirement of an 8-10hr fast from foods, and a minimum of 2hrs for water etc.

What would somebody pick for their last meal prior to the waiting period before CTB? i'm at the very least going to prepare steak & onion rings + some type of dairy (maybe a pint of cottage cheese & black pepper) but have a few other things in mind.

What would your pick be? Format doesn't matter - It can be everything listed randomly or in order.

What an incredibly unkind thing to say, not to mention flat out untrue. I get you're likely having a hard time yourself, but that's not an excuse to give others a hard time. Especially in a space like this.

I wouldn't gatekeep anyone's suicidality but, not gonna lie, this was my sort-of my first thought too. I immediately thought of my favorite local food & then realized if I were to die it'd be going to waste. I already feel a small twinge of guilt for eating right now. But who knows, having a last meal in-mind might be the only thing helping someone cope- with waiting- with fear- with finding the willpower to make a difficult decision- either to go through with it or keep living.

I plan to try some of the local food joints on the days leading up to my ctb. I plan to keep my last meal light to not interfere with my KN plans.

Untrue. Everyone is different. This definitely isn't the place to gatekeep.
food has always been very important to me and ill probably make myself a childhood favorite like a grilled cheese or burrito or something nice like that.

Honestly, it would be a fast food restaurant near me. I could make something but it wouldn't satisfy me as fast food does.
