As the title says know any meds or supplements or combo that can have sedative effect? By meds i mean drugs but have to be OTC.

If you want to go natural melatonin and magnesium is a good mix you just have to take it right before you going to close your eyes or start relaxing.
But seroquel is a nice thing to knock you out if you tolerate it well. I remember when I was at a high dose as a kid I took in the middle of the day and my mom took me to the ER because I was falling asleep talking to her and she didn't know what was wrong. Felt bad for that one though because she gave me a pigeon keychain and I was barely appreciative because I didn't know what was happening. My stupid ex broke the keychain though, it was handmade. He's a bitch.
