It may work if you are old, have previous diseases or have another condition, but trust me, benzodiacepines were made with the specific purpose of being extremelly safe ansiolitics.
Certainly it can help you in avoid anxiety if you want to try ctb by hanging or using carbon monoxide for example.
I think I'll try klonopin with a plastic bag, I need something quick
