Killing myself abroad not sure how to go about it

I plan to commit while abroad so I won't be in my home country and won't be able to do anything that would take any major time beforehand to get ahold of the materials for. What would be my best options for method given the circumstances? If it's at all relevant the country I'd be doing it in is France. My original plan was to try and combine overdosing on painkillers with self exsanguination but there's too many survival risks with that. Since that plan I haven't really been able to find one that seemed like it'd work but I feel like I'm missing something obvious for some reason.

I feel like only you can decide what is the best method for yourself and all that anyone can do is look at the information in the resources section. I'm sorry that it has come to this point for you. I have limited access to methods personally, and for me when I get desperate it will either be hanging or drowning which both sound like horrible methods. I understand having the fear of failing ctb. That is what holds me back from attempting personally. I wish you relief from suffering in whatever you decide to do.
